Participation guidelines:

The organization of these conferences are handled by the group/experiment secretariats which will send to EP secretariat all the necessary information, bills and authorizations.
EP secretariat will then proceed to all payments/reimbursements, including fees and flights.

Subsistence:

EP subsistence allowance applicable : 165.-CHF/day, less offered meals.

Travel:

Good train connections Gva – Karlsruhe : CWT can provide reduced rates for train only if requested, so please specify your request.

Registration:

If inscription made before 1st August, early rate is still applicable. Please provide EP secretariat with all necessary documentation.
