Registration

Your registration confirmation with your official travel form should reach the PH secretariat before 30th June for follow up of the fee payment.
The fee includes 3 dinners and social events. These 3 meals will be deducted from the daily subsistence allowance.

Transportation and documents

Vienna is not served by Easyjet or Flybaboo anymore. Persons attending the conference should therefore contact PH secretariat as soon as they get their participation confirmation in order to benefit from good flight prices.
Citizens of countries not adhering to the Schengen Agreement should make sure that their “attestation de function” or “carte de légitimation” is still valid. In case of any doubt, please contact the PH secretariat.
