Registration

Your registration confirmation with your official travel form should reach your Group or experiment secretariat before 28th April for follow up of the payment by PH-EP secretariat. In order to respect the Conference deadline of 9th May, participants will have to pay the early fee themselves after 28th April using their own credit card, and be reimbursed when they get back.
The fees include all social events, 6 buffet lunches in the Conference Center and a banquet. One meal per day will be deducted from the daily subsistence allowance + the one banquet meal.

Transportation

Special transportation with deluxe coaches from/to CERN will be organized according to the number of participants. Estimated cost for the round-trip is 100 to 160 Euros/person according to the number of travellers. One-way will only be permitted at 60% of the total cost, if seats are available. The bus would leave Sunday 5th June from CERN 8h30-9h00 (arriving at 18h00-19h00) and leaves back on Saturday 11th June (the last session ends before lunch) at 2 PM to be back here at midnight. Your coach reservation and any further information should reach kirsti.aspola@cern.ch. New deadline for reservation : 16th May. Please note that if the number of participants doesn’t reach 20 by May 16th, 2011 the bus cannot be organized.
