The organization of this conference is handled by the group/experiment secretariats which will send to PH-EP secretariat all the necessary information, bills and authorizations.
PH-EP secretariat will then proceed with all payments/reimbursements, for all PH-EP participants.
Exception : Users paid on Team accounts, and participants combining other official trips together with this one are taking care of entirely by their group/experiment secretariat.

Registration

Registration fee should be paid at the registration desk upon arrival only : bank transfer and credit card payments are not accepted. The fee must be in Chinese RMB only.

The registration fee includes lunches and banquet, which will be deducted from the daily allowance.

Visa
