Due to the remote location of the conference site, PH-EP secretariat will exceptionally take care of the travelling arrangements in order to group together the travel of the participants.
The participants, or the group/experiment secretariats will have to send to PH-EP secretariat all necessary information to ensure all payments/reimbursements.

Travel
During the specific dates of the conference, the safest and more practical way from Geneva is to go via Vienna. For the way back it is advised to travel on 16th September since on 15th the last direct flight leaves Vienna at 17:45 and it takes minimum 5 hours to reach Vienna from Strbske Pleso.
In order to organize this journey we would need to know roughly how many persons would effectively attend this conference. Please check amongst the participants of your group and inform PH secretariat.
Registration
The registration fee includes the conference banquet + 4 lunches from Wednesday to Saturday. These meals will be deducted from the daily allowance. The fee also includes the excursion on Friday PM and the breakfasts.
Early fee : 300 EUR ; normal rate : 350 EUR / Early fee for student : 280 EUR ; normal rate for student : 330 EUR
