The organization of this conference is handled by the group/experiment secretariats which will send to PH-EP secretariat all the necessary information, bills and authorizations. PH-EP secretariat proceeds to all payments/reimbursements, including fees and travel expenses.

Exception : Users paid on T-accounts, and participants combining other official trips together with this one are taking care of entirely by their group/experiment secretariat.

ICALEPCS conference offers the possibility to book a lunch package for the whole duration of the event for 116 AUD, and participants are warmly encourage to choose this option. The subsistence of 226.-CHF will in any case be applied, less the offered banquet, even if the package is not selected.
As usual the total subsistence will be calculated by EDH according to day/time of arrival to Melbourne, up to the day/time departure from Melbourne. A maximum of 8 full days has been agreed.

Travel:

IMPORTANT : Whatever travel arrangements are planned by the participants, they have to contact their group/experience secretariat for the organization before any booking.
The flight has to be booked as soon as the registration is done. Arrival on 16th and take off on 24th October will determinate the lower costs paid/reimbursed, what ever arrangement is chosen.
The subsistence being higher then the PH subsistence for Melbourne, no taxi or other means of transportation apart the flight will be paid back
