The organization of this conference is handled by the group/experiment secretariats which will send to PH-EP secretariat all the necessary information, bills and authorizations.
PH-EP secretariat will then proceed to all payments/reimbursements, including fees and flights. Exception : Users paid on Team accounts, and participants combining other official trips together with this one are taking care of entirely by their group/experiment secretariat.

Registration

To benefit of CERN bulk payment for fees at the regular rate, travel authorizations and registration confirmations should reach PH secretariat not later than 24th September. We got an agreement with CHEP not to pay the 10 extra EUR which appear on each registration invoice when bank transfer is chosen. These 10 EUR will be paid by PH department budget.
It is necessary to register separately for registration fee payment and for other expenses not paid by CERN. For this, the Organizer reminds you that during online registration you can create a user account. This enables you to re-login to your registration at a later stage.

Subsistence

Since lunches from Monday to Thursday and the banquet are included in the fees, these meals will be deducted from the daily subsistence allowance.
